I love cycling outdoors or inside and this dvd is definitely a great compliment. The forward-motion views keep you pushing ahead. I lived around this area for awhile and it was great to see some of the old spots I always loved, definitely places I once rode my bike. I ended up getting all their dvds. Best investment I've made other than my stationary bike. There are so many scenic rides I never get bored. I appreciate the lack of distracting commentaries, cyclists on the screen in front of the views, and graphics found in the other DVDs. I've recommended these DVDs to all my cycling friends.
