 Beginner to yoga October 5, 2008
I watched Yee's AM/PM Yoga at a rental property. Enjoyed it so I bought this. As a novice to yoga, I really enjoy Yee because I can attempt most of the exercises. Yee uses a soothing yet very informative narrative. Every time I use this, I hear/learn something new. I actually look forward to doing one of the 5 programs before going to work. I feel limber and relaxed.
Great Morning Selection October 3, 2008
I added this DVD to my routines to have some things targeted for the morning and try to get 2-3 of them in a week.
Rodney is a great teacher with good instructions and cueing for the poses and the DVD is very nicely done.
Based on this I will purchase other Rodney DVDs
 Lacks understanding of using breath in yoga October 3, 2008
This DVD might be right for some, but not for me. I give 2 stars for the nice ambiance associated with most Gaiam products. However as with most Yee routines the timing and flow is not in sync with the natural rhythm of the breath.
I would much rather do his orginal AM yoga routine every day then these five each day of the week.

I LOVE this video. VERY convenient with the 5, 20 minute workouts! Love it. Very refreshing. Rodney Yee is a great instructor and have loved him for years. He makes everything easy to understand.
Excellent Daily yoga workouts September 2, 2008
I completely enjoyed doing these daily workouts. I like that you can choose what you want to do and they are all less than 30 mins. My two favorites are the hip openers and twists, but they are all great! The scenery is awesome and Rodney's cues are perfect! They are easy enough for a new yogini to do and great for experienced yoginis! You won't be disappointed with this.
