Excellent first book on raw foods October 30, 2008
This is an excellent introduction to a raw food diet. It is perfect for one or two people. This book contains clear and complete descriptions of equipment, staples, and how to shop. The recipes are easy to follow and are excellent. I use this book a few times a week now. It makes the transition to raw food easy and fun and wonderfully tasty.

If you are new to the raw food world or are just curious. This video is a must see. Jennifer shows how easy it is to prepare great healthy raw dishes. I hope she will consider doing another dvd with more advanced recipes. She is very plesant to watch and explains things very well. Good job Jennifer, hope to see more from you. Thank You!
Excellent for the start-up enthusiast; makes the transition less painful. August 29, 2008
I have been considering the healthy transition to raw, but it is not easy. Ms. Cornbleet makes it palatable and doable with such simplicity, elegance, and logical. I highly recommend this book as a startup and move into more complex receipes as your pallate desires. One last note, because her examples and explanations (which I highly recommend her DVD) of receipes, use of tools and appliances, and preparation is so simplified, you want to do more and create more raw dishes. Anyway, great book for the newbie...

I have watched other raw food instructional videos and I believe this one is very good. I like that you do not need a dehydrator to make the receipes. It is instructional and gives you steps on how to build your raw lifestyles. There are just a few actual recipes in the video but there is a companion book for more recipes. I have the book and it is good also.

Raw Food Made Easy I purchased this DVD and enjoyed it very much. It was very informative; but I would rather she did not have all the ingredients already chopped, sliced, or diced, and etc. they were already measured out and ready to be mixed. I would liked to have seen the preparation of the ingredients. Overall it was a very well produced DVD.
