The hot girl rock group The Cheetah Girls is about to discover just how important dreams and true friendship are as they head to Barcelona for an exciting summer vacation. When Chanel's (Adrienne Bailon) mother announces a trip to Barcelona to meet her current boyfriend's family, Chanel is distraught at being separated from the Cheetah Girls for the summer and worries that her mother may decide to move to Barcelona permanently. Galleria (Raven-Symone) soon cooks up a plan that lands all of the Cheetah girls in Barcelona for a music festival, but once there, the girls' individual interests in music, dance, fashion design and even romance sweep them in so many different directions that there's little time for rehearsing together. Add in some very real competition from Barcelona's favorite upcoming singer Marisol (Belinda Peregrin) and her conniving mother and a lack of familiarity with the music festival rules, and the Cheetah Girls chances of winning the contest begin to fade. Galleria soon realizes that she must let each of her friends go in the direction their dreams take them, even if it means the end of the Cheetah Girls. In the end, all the girls learn a vital lesson about the importance of tolerance, friendship, and dreams. This production is bursting with tight music and awesome dance segments choreographed by High School Musical's choreographer Kenny Ortega. Bonus features include a sing-along version of the movie, the music video "Dance With Me" performed by Drew Seeley featuring Belinda, and tips from the Cheetah Girls on how to be "Cheetah-licious" in everything from fashion and makeup to friendship and diversity. This was a great deal it came in a weeks time. It was well packed and the movie is fabolous. I really enjoyed my purchase from Amazon.
More 'Cheetah-licious' Than The First! July 22, 2008
"The Cheetah Girls 2" is Disney's first ever big franchise musical. Before "High School Musical," The Cheetahs were in the scene.
Bringing in all the viewers and money to Disney Channel, with DVD's, CD's, Clothes, Accessories, and more!
And, of course, Disney's former money-maker Raven-Symone, whom I love!
It's a great DVD, you get to see the amazing sights in Barcelona, Spain, and the movie has a great message!

"The Cheetah Girls 2" is packed with fun music, actors, the latest accessories, and of course BARCELONA. This movie follows the girl trio to Spain for a Summer Music Festival, when another singer gets in the way of one of the girls friendships The Cheetah Girls may be over forever. Watch as these girls rock Barcelona, Spain, in this hot summer flick!

MY DAUGHTER IS 7 AND WATCHES THIS ALL THE TIME, SHE LOVES TO SING AND DANCE TO IT. GREAT GROUP FOR YOUNG GIRLS. POSITIVE ROLE MODELS.

This movie is as the Cheetahs would say CHEETAH-LICIOUS. It has messages in it and well I better lay out the storyline.
Chanel finds out she is going to have to go to Barcolona Spain with her mother to vist Luc. She is not happy but the Cheetahs find an ad for a music festival and end up in Barcolona. They find new romances with Dorinda and Jacqin a Spainsh dancer. And New dreams Aqua finds a love for fashion designing. And of course new friends Chanel befriends a spainsh singer Marisol. They do get distracted but in the end can they sort it out.
This is an excelent movie and is good for the whole family
