Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
A three-sided story about German, Italian, and American soldiers, set in Northern Italy during the final weeks of the World War II. Torn between these are the divided loyalties of the Italians, both fascist soldiers and communist partisans, who have turned brother against brother in a bloody civil war. The film looks at the everyday life of the soldiers, their encounters on the road, their hopes and dreams, and the differences in values, morals, and patriotism between the cultures at the end of that era.

Customer Reviews:

1 out of 5 stars Wanker Director   October 31, 2008
0 out of 2 found this review helpful

I have never watched this movie but I was looking for any new WWII movies since I'm a WWII buff and I stumbled upon this movie.

I scrolled down the page and read the one and only review for the movie. All the review is is praise. Come to find out, the DIRECTOR of the movie wrote the review! Come on! You NEVER EVER praise your own work.

I will never buy this movie now since obviously the director is a total wanker.
